By uploading content, you grant TRIPLR a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, process, display, and use that content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Services.

You confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to use it.
• The content does not infringe the rights of others.
• The content complies with applicable laws.

You remain responsible for all content you upload.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

You must:

• Log out from shared devices.

TRIPLR is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.

We continually improve TRIPLR.

AI-generated content may:

You are responsible for independently verifying important travel information before relying upon it.

TRIPLR does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

TRIPLR is a travel planning platform and is not a travel agency, tour operator, airline, hotel, insurance provider, immigration adviser, legal adviser, or government authority.

Subscriptions are billed through our authorised payment providers.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

• Recurring subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

• The content does not infringe any intellectual property rights.
• The content complies with applicable laws.
• The content does not contain malicious software or harmful code.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

However, we do not guarantee that the Services will always be available without interruption.

The TRIPLR Services, including all software, technology, artificial intelligence systems, designs, branding, logos, graphics, text, user interfaces, source code, databases, and other content (excluding User Content), are owned by or licensed to TRIPLR and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.

Subject to these Terms, TRIPLR grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.

• Missed flights.

• Accommodation issues.

• Decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TRIPLR, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of applicable laws.
• Your infringement of the rights of another person.
• Content you upload or share through the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to TRIPLR immediately where we reasonably believe that:

• You have breached these Terms.
• Your account has been used fraudulently.
• Your activities present a security risk.
• We are required to do so by law.
• Continued access may harm TRIPLR or other users.

You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

You agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection legislation.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from the remaining provisions.

The remainder of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
